| 1. Place & Date: | ||
| Clwb Hwylio Brenig Sailing Club,Sunday 5th September 2010 | ||
| The Organising Authority is the Llyn Brenig Sailing Club. | ||
| 2. Rules | ||
| Racing will be governed by the ISAF RRS, the relevant Class Rules and the Brenig Sailing Club, Sailing Instructions 2010. | ||
| 2.1 Liability Limit | ||
| The safety of a boat and her entire management including insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the owner/person in charge who must ensure that the boat and crew are adequate to face the conditions that may arise in the course of the race. The race organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury however caused to the owner/person in charge or crew, as a result of their taking part in the race or races. Moreover, every owner/person in charge, warrants the suitability of the boat for the race or races. This condition does not override any statutory rights. | ||
| 3. Condition of Entry | ||
| This is a one-day OPEN event. | ||
| The RYA Portsmouth Yardstick Scheme as set out in the current YR2 will be used. | ||
| There will be one start for all classes of boat. | ||
| Entries by persons under 18yrs old must be counter signed by their parent or guardian | ||
| 4. Programme | ||
| Sunday: Registration from 9.30am Briefing at 10.30am | ||
| 1 st Race Start at 11am . 3 races | ||
| Prize Giving: 1 hour after the completion of the last race in the clubhouse | ||
| 5. Entry Fees | ||
| Visitors: Double Handed £7.50 Single Handed £5 | ||
| Members: Double Handed £3.50 Single Handed £2.50 | ||
| Rights to Use Names & Likenesses Competitors automatically grant to Llyn Brenig Sailing Club without payment the right in perpetuity to make, use and show any motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or filmed television of or relating to the event. |
